Flab can never be turned into muscle and muscle doesn't turn to fat, two different types of tissue. The only person I've ever seen change tissue (color) is Michael Jackson. So burn more calories than you consume and you will be on your way to reducing your flab! Aerobics exercise works best then try resistance exercising along the way. Good luck!

I used to have that same problem. what worked for me was staying away from carbs such as breads and sugars. I hate sweating so i don't like to exercise. So i work out in the pool. It's easy and fun that way. Swimming can tone up your legs, arms, and powerhouse. It gives you sleek sexy muscle tone. Try that. I hope it works for you. Good luck!

Exercise! As you continue to exercise your muscles will add more mass and burn up the fat around them. Aim for a half hour to hour of exercise a day and make sure to include strength training.
