You use the Grade Point Average which is on your high school transcript. Don't fudge it in any way or your likely to get kicked out of school or fired from your job.
All classes are added into your G.P.A. Only weight the honors courses if they are based on a weighted scale.

Well, that depends. Does your school include Gym and Computers when calculating GPAs? if it does, then you should. If you're taking AP classes, then include those values.

Yes. Any classes you took are considered in the GPA. If you goofed off (even in PysEd) then it will affect it negatively. Many colleges have PysEd themselves, so expect more of it.

I think your GPA includes all the courses you take that year. It's an average of all your grades or at least mine was.

thats a great gpa and yes add everything, man i remember i f***ed my freshmen yr, had a gpa of 1.9 but i brought that up to 3.9 amazing!!!

your GPa should be caculated with all of your classes involved you should also calcualte if different in your ISD the AP value all of that will factor in
