Possibly, FuschiaHoney. I my opinion, telepathy is a supernatural ability. Humans have a real connection to the supernatural, but what is beyond the created universe is physically unknowable to us since we cannot experience it with our senses. It is knowable through our intellect (our soul), but normally only through proof and analysis.
However, the real existence of the supernatural is not dependent on us and all of our extensive analysis. It exists whether we want it to or not. And since humans do have a supernatural intellect (soul), I think that occasional revelations can occur that can allow our thoughts to be transferred through telepathy to another.
Now, whether you can telepathically send your feelings of affection to this guy, probably not when you want to. It would more likely just happen without any effort on your part. So you may want to try a more proven method known as flirting. If you wink at him, smile at him, tantalizingly part your lips when he sees you, smile at him again, twirl your long locks, and look sufficiently coy, then I think he will get the message that you fancy him.

L.o.l!!! - Oh honey you can't be serious - but if you are can you telepathically tell what I'm thinking right now??
After looking at some of the answers here I have to say - that anyone that believes in any sort of telepathy is truly a fool - wake up - WAKE UP. - and if you don't take my word for it how about trying some research. I have read all about it and it has been disproved countless times without a single thing to prove it ... ever. End of story.

Sure it's possible. Who am I to say it's not? I like to think that my boyfriend thinks of me sometimes when I think of him, since he'll be on the other side of the planet for a little over a month. But whether or not it actually happens, I can't tell ya hun. Sorry. =(

Not really,but if u really liked the guy,i suggest you give him other subtle signs(not the one given by the frustrated horny guy here who asked to show him your cleavage),but giving the guy fleeting glances and a bit more of ur smile.

definitely yes.. but only if you are in the same room with him. I believe in telepathy but also think it is helped along (tremendously) but body language.. the 'slitting' of the eyes (which is a sexual look) the 'pursing' of the lips.. the crossing and uncrossing of the legs (inviting a 'sexual tryst!') ahh.. all in all, quite exciting!
