If this is true that they can then disease can not be all bad Right?! Right

They might. There are different reasons people get off on pain. Sometimes it's about control, punishment, etc., in which case it would only work in the right context (which disease probably is not). But for other people it's actually that their brain is wired in such a way that their body literally processes pain as pleasure. As in pain signals from nerves set off the responses usually associated with pleasure (ex. euphoria, sexual arousal). So yes, some people might be aroused by a painful medical procedure.

Of course, doctors generally use pain medications to minimize the pain the patient will feel, which would tend to mess things up for a masochist.

Naw, it is a contextual thing. I used to wonder if women who were into BDSM got off on childbirth, since they got excited over dungeon-type pain. No, context means a lot.
