What i can say is that money can't buy it and that must mean that it is priceless.So if we have good health it would indeed mean that we are truly wealthy.Especially when you consider the price of surgeries and medicine these days.

There is more money in sick people. The sicker you are the more drugs you buy and going to the doctor. The government makes so much money off of this...same as the medical industry.
Being healthy does not bring in money.
