i don't know what to do. but it's a long and complicated story. but i really need advise this is making me sick. i'm nervous anxious depressed.

Do you know what is confusing and depressing you? You said its a long story but you didn't get into any type of detail of what the problem is. If you don't say what it is, I have no idea as to how to help you.

You should seek help...perhaps counseling, talking to someone who you are close with...write down your feelings...Examine what are the things that are bothering you...are you going through a tough situation...I mean it could be a numerous amount of things that are happening in your life. Sometimes it could be temporarily and sometimes it can be a real serious issue. So see the bigger picture and ask for help.

why are you nervous.? ok sit down take some deep breaths and close yr eyes. now that covers the anxiousness. the depression i dont know. you havent said i hope this helps>>
