Well depending on what size font you use, 3 words can fill A4 sheet of paper.
Benefits: Industry many jobs, entertainment, manufacturing, news gathering
Problems: Makes people brainwashed into thinking what the networks want them to think. Also, makes a very lazy brain that can not think for itself anymore.

Second my answer...
You get the news as it happens for the most part.... but the problem comes when they start reporting before they know anything or when they think something is going to happen (like when they were chasing OJ in his stupid car... man that was boring but you couldn't watch anything else because EVERY channel was following the stupid car.... )
