you just have a high metabolism, nothing is wrong with a midnight snack, I have a high metabolism too and I get hungry through the night but I am usually too tired to get up and get something to eat so I go back to sleep and in the morning I am never hungry anymore, but if I wait an hour or two then I am starving again, you think your eating habits a weird

Well, maybe you're not eating Healthy food, or food that's not filling. Like if i eat chinese food, i always get hungry around midnight. But if you ARE eating hearty, healthy foods, you should go see the doctor.

Well, if you eat dinner at around 6pm, it's been 6 hours without any food, sounds normal to me.

its just a habit that u have made ur body get used to. and u can easily break. change ur eating intervals, or eat enough food before u go to bed, make this a routine for two to three weeks and all will be well.

Ah that's simple.

at 10am you have your morning tea.
at 12pm you have lunch
at 4pm you have afternoon tea.
at 7pm you have dinner.
12am is 5 hours away from dinner!!! of course you feel hungry from the look of your eating pattern!
