The thing is i can't forget her,she was/is always with me, Should i propose her and tell her how much i love her? or would it be just too selfish on my part. The only thing that i want from my life is she must be happy in her life (but my irony is that i don't have even that luck to give her something even though i want to give her my everything). Is my love not worth that much? Actually i am worried about her as she is very materialistic, she might fall in wrong hands. If i can just pass her in the hands of her dream prince charming(as she described me once), that would be my life's greatest victory. Isn't it? (As i myself have too many body problems some are curable some are not...)But i don't know the way out. i am just worrying about her.

Keep in touch. Give her honest (yet kindly put) opinions if you think a guy she's dating is a jerk. That's about all you can do. That or move on, but it doesn't sound like you're ready for that.

If she has already expressed her feelings, or lack thereof, for you, why would you put yourself through the hurt and embarrassment of proposing to her?
While I understand that you've dedicated much of your life to your feelings for her, that same dedication has probably also made you miss out on many opportunities for other relationships. You're so young, but you've unfortunately let your happiness revolve around this girl. You should learn to find your own happiness and fulfillment in life before you can share that with someone else.

i would definitely tell her how i felt because life is too short not to.
there are far worse things then to be humiliated by confessing feelings of love for someone who doesn't return the feelings and one of the worst things is to look back and regret having never told her how you felt-
regret would be - what if i had told her? would things have turned out differently? telling her now saves you from wondering when years have past.
as far as your physical limitaions- we all at some point in our lives have health and bodies that betray us so do not let that stop you from saying how you feel just one time.

if she is not happy to see you each time then i would stop seeing her and move on for your only going to be hurt in the end. I know it is hard for you to do that but you have to save yourself and your frame of mind. just remember this you will find some one and they will be happy to have you.

Why are you worried about her, you should marry someone who loves you back.I would just leave her alone and go look somewhere else, i know its hard but its going to be harder to get someone to love you back, when they dont.Good luck.*****
