What was any Marine or GI supposed to be put on trial for? Taking land away from the Japanese invaders. Killing Japanese soldiers who were brainwashed into not being able to surrender. What would the "trial" have been for? We didn't make our prisoners march hundreds of miles without feeding them properly or giving them sufficient water (remember the Bataan Death March). We did not have labor camps where only the guards got food.
So, just what you idiotic moron, were the US Army or USMC supposed to be tried for?
