Water is a liquid beverage without calories.
Some finer restaurants consider it a beverage and SELL it to you in bottle and cans. How do you know the source? Sure you take their bottled explanation for it...I sometimes wonder if it out of the tap.

Maybe, but i wouldn't have a party and people come over and are like "hey can i get a drink" and you are like "Well i got some water!" It is more of a necessity than a beverage
