Currently, 5 indoor cats. Have had as many as 7 cats and a large dog, and a teenager in a 2 bedroom townhouse. Teenager grew up, moved out, and took the dog and 2 cats. House seems sort of empty with "just" 5!
Just don't get too many to properly care for. They do need vet care/neutering/vaccines, and the more cats, the more litter boxes to clean. And the more likely you are to have personality conflicts in the famliy.

Yes,I have 3 indoor cats.Frisky my largest one weighs about 33lbs! The vet says he's very healthy.Cali my calico actually warns me when I'm about to have a seizure! She will come to me and bite me if I'm up and around and that lets me know to lay down. Then she will lay across me.She's done this all on her own and has been a great blessing to me.Our youngest is Sugar, she was rescued from being put to sleep after being caught in an animal trap. She only has three legs now,but she is getting along as good as the others.I Love my cats!♥ Oh yeah...I have some pictures of them on my 360...check em out♥

I have two cats and one dog. I have had cats all my life. Right now my two cats are as different from one another as they could be. One of them is nearly 18 years old and can no longer hear, except very very loud noises. She is a calico long hair and one of the sweetest dispositioned cats I have ever had. I used to think of her as a big cat but now she is very very light in weight, though the vet says she is healthy in spite of weighing only 6 pounds. The other cat is a nearly two year old seal point Siamese. Beautiful cat and wonderfully dispositioned, yet very independent cat too. He is very very large and very long as well as tall. He weighs nearly 20 pounds...all muscle too. No fat on him. He has finally begun to cuddle a bit but still likes his space. His favorite "Game" is what my husband calls "door tag" He loves to be outside but he likes being inside too so he constantly is going in and out. I would not be without my cats. ever, at least not willingly. They are wonderful companions.

I have a 18yr old cat that thinks she is a human, a 2 yr old cat that thinks he's a dog and a 14 yr old dog that he's a cat. Confused? Yeah I know.
