i presume your with grandma right? well sit back your unimportant for the time being ..listening and anything you expect is gone till gram is gone... sounds like a fun filled vacation ......oh and for information to store away .. mom is reeking her vengeance on you for your childhood annoyances aren't we nice!

Hurray for new words, wait are they nice words since she is not listening? Maybe it's just the change of being somewhere else,or the terrible 2's.

Sounds normal to me. My 15 1/2 month-old grandson just started ignoring our "stop"s and "no"s, looks at us, and goes ahead and does it. We just remove him from the area and give him something else to do. Enjoy those words while they are nice ones.

welcome to motherhood, my daughter is 5 1/2 and still doesnt listen, i have tried to give her choices and that helps, i worked in a daycare with that age of kids (18-24months) and the choices worked, if they choose not to listen a time out is ok for 1minute of their age (2yr old=2 minutes). try it and see how it works.
