You can get the large wooden ones from Lakeshore.com... If you want Duplo try Wal Mart or BigLots. They usually carry building sets for preschool aged kids.

They have giant building blocks at Toys R Us that are made of cardboard. Kids really love them but it's a hassle to fold them and put them together-I couldn't figure it out but my sister got the knack after a while...
