People who need designer dogs should be annhilated. It's bad enough that puppy mills exist. If you really wanted a dog to love, you would not be looking for this. Why don't you go and buy a diamond bracelet. It'll get plenty of compliments. Dogs are not accessories. They are animals who need lots of love, attention, and training. The dog that you desire would undoubtedly have health issues as someone has already mentioned.

Dogs and cats with a white coat and blue eyes are more likely to be deaf than any other coat color and eye color combination. It's possible to have a white pet with blue eyes who is not deaf, and it is possible to have a deaf pet that does not have a white coat or blue eyes.
It's just more likely.
I have a white cat with one yellow and one blue eye, and she is deaf in one ear. The ear on the same side as her blue eye.
But, I wouldn't know where to find Pomeranian with blue eyes.
