actually the beer mug is more likely to crack.
to understand that , we must know
why would the glass crack anyway?
the cracking happens when one side of the glass is heated rapidly and the other side is still cold.
it is known that solids expand with heat .
the inner side of the glass will expand while the outer side will still be cold , because the heat might not have been CONDUCTED to it fast enough.
so in this question the beer mug being thicker is more likely to crack because its thicker and the heat will take more time to be transferred to the other side.(that is not taking into account the quality of the glass used for both type of glasses)

It believe it would be the thick mug. The reason a glass would crack under these circumstances would be the stress on the glass from the extreme differences in temperature on the inside compared to the outside.
With a thin glass, the outside temperature would rise quickly when you pour the hot water in, so it would be unlikely to break.
With a thick mug, the outside surface would remain cooler after the hot water is poured in, and the sudden difference in temperature would cause the mug to crack.

Thick beer mug is more likely to crack, because
due to heat of water (poured in it), the inside surface expands, but outer surface do not expand since the thinness of glass do not allow heat towards outer surface as glass is a bad conductor of heat. And due to this unequal expansion thick beer mug is more likely to crack.

The thick beer mug. this is because of the difference in thickness
the mug because of its thickness will not easily absorb heat from the inside to the outside and because of temperature difference it will crack, while the wine glass can easily absorb the heat thereby bringing the temperature in and out to be in equilibrium

They are both just as likely to crack as the other one.
However, since most beer mugs now come to you chilled, the chance of it cracking first is much higher. (without getting into all the mumbo jumbo of science)

Their both likely to crack, but the wine glass will crack faster because it is thinner and can withstand less
