I respect your point of view, even though we may not see eye to eye.

But you know what the truth is? If you really didn't believe in God, you would not have to promulgate it in a medium such as this, amongst such people as we.

In asking for support, by trying to locate other unbelievers, you are trying to strengthen your own conviction that God is not real.

I respect you for the fact that you did use a majuscule 'g' when referring to God. That alone is a subconscious testament to your noble character.

You are a seemingly intelligent man, Jim. That is what I would venture to guess, sight unseen, having read your previous posts herein.

You must have had something painful happen in your life to spawn your unbelief. For what it's worth, I am sorry for whatever misfortune has befallen you. It might make things more palatable to assimilate the belief that God does not exist, rather than face the pain of what has happened- or, more nightmarishly still, the fact that we may have at least played some part in the responsibility aspect of the things that have happened to us in this life.

I welcome your questions and future comments- even if they may not be in acquiescence with my own. You have a sophisticated way of exploring things. I can appreciate that. There are many people who choose the less noble approach, and just blaspheme God. That's a pity.

I believe that when you die you end up wherever you believe you are going. I don't believe in God either. There has never been a good reason for me to. All the religions just cause fighting and dying and horrible things. How arrticulate. Anyway, without religion, this world would be a much more peaceful place. How could a just God create a world like the one we live in?

If you don't believe in God , and a God didn't exist then you'll just decompose and never be recreated again.

SO overall its better to believe in God then not to believe in God.
