Talk to her one on one in private. Shy people tend to feel more comfortable when it's only one other person. Do most of the talking and throw in a question or two now and then. Asking non stop questions will make her feel uncomfortable. Keep doing this and I guarentee she'll be talking your ear off.

be friends first then earn her trust
get her to talk to you than ask her out,
if she is shy be careful
she could get hurt easily

be really nice to her and don't be rude. Just be yourself and open up to her. That is what I would want a guy to do to me.
