It is always good to tell someone you like or love them. Be it a lover, boy or girl friend, parent, friend, husband, wife, etc. They always feel good if told someone like them. Go for it, make their day.

Of course you tell her!! She might also like you but you will never know unless you say something. Even if she doesnt like you back, you will still be friends even if it's awkward for a little while. So go for it!!

i dated my best friend and he was the best boyfriend i ever had,
we skipped all the awkard getting to know each other stuff
we are still friends so as long as you stay on good terms if you do end up going out you can be friends if you ever break up.
