I don't believe there is a God (regardless of flavor of religion), I think churches are basically social clubs with claws. Some people need rules to live by, but that's not me!
I don't need organized religion to tell me how to live, act, or think.
I have been through enough trials in life without any kind of religious support that it is a crock. After all, the bible was supposedly written centuries ago, and by MEN! Women were property if that. I don't feel the need to sanction out dated rules and regulations, I can think for myself.

My family was with the Catholic Church until I was 5 then I attended a Non-Denom Christian Church until I came to college. When I came to college I went back to the Catholic Church. Since I've grown older and returned to the Catholic Church, my faith has grown stronger. I'm a lot better educated in my faith and beliefs now and I actually believe the stuff I listen to on Sunday.

I have realized in the pass couple of months that Christianity is being abused not that I didn't know it,but more rampantly when I came to Yahoo! There are extremists in every religion. I question my beliefs and others thru studying in my personal time. I respect people's beliefs and praying that they respect mines.

As a child I was meant to be Muslim because i came from a Muslim family.
As i grew older i started to realize how cruelly the Muslim faith was given to our people.
I changed to Zoroastrian, but then realized that Zoroastrians passed their religion over to Christianity, when the three magi came to worship Jesus.
SO then i changed to Christianity.
After studying the Bible i started to realize that its similar to another Holy book.
so now Ive changed to no religion(or in other terms all religions).
All religions are the same they all teach us the same thing.
There is one God (light and truth), Satan (darkness and lies). hell and heaven.
Do good and you'll spend eternity in heaven or else in hell.
The three rules that all religions are based on are,
speak good
act good
think good
Never boast about your religion to people from other faiths because were all one.

I was Protestant, but now I no longer belong to organized religion, but I do believe in God. My beliefs lean toward New Thought.

I left the Catholic church and am now Pagan...so I have changed a bit. The teachings of the church no longer made sense to me so 25 years ago I left and I have never regretted my decision.

I was raised southern baptist and one day (it was actually more of a gradual change) decided it didn't make sense to me anymore. I just can't swallow it. I don't really have a label for my beliefs but I would say they lean more toward Paganism.

I started off as a cradle Catholic, became a fundamentalist Bible thumping YECer, until I finally realized I was insane.
Now I'm an atheist.

27 y.o. to 33 y.o., just plain ol' agnostic. I realized that most religions are basically teaching the SAME lessons, so I expanded my private religious studies.

I've matured enough to realise that God was created by man. Not the other way round.
