Who do you consider more ofa family to you then your blood family, and why???

The people I consider my family is the people who are there for me even though I am down and out. The ones who give me good advice to make me a better person. Family will always love you no matter what you done, or they wont down you. they will just try to show you the right way. sometimes you can't even call your own family your family sometimes friends are there before your own family. That say they say when they say blood is thicker than water not true all the time. sometimes water is thicker than blood.

My best friend and I just turned 55 this year and we have been friends since we were 12 1/2 years old. She has been there for me through all my problems and happy times as I was for her. Her mother and I have been close too, when my mother passed away nearly six years ago she was there for me and now we are closer than ever. I love these two woman like they are blood relatives and don't know what I would do if I didn't have them in my life.

Family is someone that you are very close to. My step brother and sister are not treated likes steps because i always felt like the only steps we had in our home was the ones you walked in the house on to enter the door. Blood is something that makes you live but your heart is something that gives the love.

People that I love and care about...does not have to be blood relations. I consider some of my best friends my family. I love them.

Well besides my blood family...I have people that I have grown up with (old and young) and its cool because I am mulitracial, and so are the people that I grew up with. So it's neat on holidays we all can get together and have fun and honestly say we're family.

I am not close to my family. They drink a lot. I consider my friends my family because we have known each other for so long.

Anyone that is close to me. They dont have to be blood. The reason for this is that I would share with them more of myself that is what makes family.
