Look in your phone book for a cake decorator or cake shop. Often craft stores like Joanne's or Michael's will have entire cake/pastry sections, so you should be able to find all the tips you want there!

BED BATH and BEYOND? Did you hear kitchen in there? No.Try e-bay and look in hardware stores (No, I'm not trying to sell you crack...) Seriously, there are pastry tips in my hardware store. How weird is that? Only the BEST pastry tips are on line, and the ones you'll buy in cheap stores are suckish.

you mean cake piping tips, look for it in most baking stores, cheapest found in kitchen outlets. but if you don't want the fancy swirls then just use wax or parchment paper. cut to a square and fold to a triangle and fold to a cone. fill with the pastry dough and cut the hole to the size you want.

1) I am surprised by Bed, Bath & Beyond - you must have asked an idiot - they have kits.
2) Look in your yellow pages, you could (or should) have Kitchen gadget/supply stores.
3) Does 'Good Eats' have a website - if so write & ask them.

GO to a restaurant equipment/supply store or party decorating store. You should be able to find it in your town. Ask for a Pastry Bag or
Pastry Bag with tips kit.
