Nope, but get some medication from your doc or it will just continue to get worse.

In general, sinus infections are not contagious (although there have been rare outbreaks associated with swimming together). The colds that can lead to sinus infections are quite contagious.

They could be, depending on what is causing the sinus infection and if you wash your hands on a regular basis. Allergies are a great cause of sinus conjestion, however if the sinuses get infected then bacteria or a virus is the problem. So, we sometimes end up sneezing without covering our noses and when we do cover our noses then the germs get on our hands and spread. Always sneeze in the crook of your arm and wash, wash, wash those hands at least 15 seconds at time.

No, it is not a communicable disease, that may be passed from one source to another, those that are telling you it is , doesn't know the facts. When you want to look up anything that is of importance to you , you should type in some sort of key word,IE"sneezing", in your search engine, just do not put ".com" after wards and tons of professional sites will pop up, this site is for entertainment purposes only! Good luck.
