Did it pop?
It's true that you shouldn't pop zits, but if it's a whitehead (as opposed to a red inflammed pimple) you actually can pop it. Details are in the link below.
If you only have one or two zits, proactiv probably isn't needed. You can spot treat it with a benzoyl peroxide product(drugstores sell this in the skincare department. Brands like neutrogena and clearasil sell acne creams which contain it).
Other than that, you can just wait it out. It will eventually go away on its own, probably in about a week.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Get in the sun. Let nature work it's magic. The sun will dry it up. Chlorine and sand also help. So go to the beach or to the pool. Either way you'll get rid of it. Stressing about it will only make it worse. Good Luck

Well just try washing your face daily (morning and night) and don't mess with it. Or get a face towel and get it really hot the put the towel on your bump or zit and hold it there for a lil bit. maybe it'll go down. Hope my answer hepls you.

i'm a woman and that i say no, in case you imagine about the females available who get boyfriends zits, small spots or none, you need to ask your self how a lot of a distinction some pink bumps make. in case you're sparkling and enticing, so what about spots. in any case, you're 15, that is generic to have spots, it sucks even if that is actual :(

Clean the area well. Dab on alcohol and/or hydrogen pyroxide. Then, keep the area softened with Nivea creme...works for me.
