my kitty is 16years and has hyperthyroidism. he is on medication but needs an ultra sound . as i have spent already $400.00, i would like to know how much more this will entail.

It depends on what body area and how long the procedure will take. I would say anywhere from 200-400. Usually the chest/heart will be more than the abdomen. I'm assuming they are looking at the heart?

Our cat was supposed to have one to check for a heart defect....around $100.00 in Wisconsin.
The cat had other plans and they were never able to run the test so I never did pay for it.

I would say about 250.00!!! my friend's cat had to get an ultra sound but i am not sure what for!!!
