Mexicans, how come you don't protest Mexico when you are in America?

I keep hearing that you cannot defeat the regime while in Mexico, so you come here. Why don't you protest and try to influence revolution or improvement of Mexico while in America? Instead you fly Mexican flags and protest Americans who give you free medical coverage and education?

TREE- Illegals get free medical care in every hospital in America, they know how to work the system. They get free schoolijg and vouchers for food at school paid for by legal citizens.

KATE M- Could you tell me about the programs? Honestly, I'm curious and would like to be involved but I have never heard of any.

Um, we/they do, you just don't hear about it because the news doesn't give a damn about Mexico.
it's difficult to organize because our voices do not resonate as far as Mexico City, and to protest within the boundaries of Mexico would be to sign one's own death sentence, instead it is subtle political movements, the rise of the socialist party on local levels, voting to make change as far as one's vote counts, which is only on a state/local level.
the atrocities committed by the Mexican government are too numerous and too well disguised and denied to illustrate, the only one they have done a poor enough job of hiding to use against them are the murders in Juarez.
The key organization of protest against Mexico stemming from the murders is Las Amigas De Las Mujeres De Juarez. It encompasses the border around Juarez including the cities and towns of Las Cruces, New Mexico; El Paso, Texas; Anthony, both the Texas and New Mexico sides; and many other small towns in the area.
Many of the protests are simple and very similar to those of Native Americans, such as a refusal to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. To many of us it is an idiotic celebration of a hollow victory, that was when we won the battle against France and personally we don’t really care about that. The immigration restrictions worry us because they keep people who are being killed and oppressed daily trapped, it’s like when the US refused to take the Jews from Germany.
And we don’t send our money back to Mexico itself; we send it to our family members so that they can eventually save enough to join us in America. As for free healthcare and free education, it doesn’t exist. As much as you would like to think so nothing is free, often times we have to work in the fields as migrant workers to make enough money to pay to have somewhere to live and enough to eat to survive, social programs like “the projects,” welfare, and food stamps do not apply to us because we are not citizens.
Ironically we are often more a representation of “The American Work Ethic” than many of your rich white Americans. They don't start from nothing, or if they do it is rare.

Leave the Mexicans alone and thing a lot of us are over the whole immigration rights thing its old old old news. And since when teh hell does America give Mexicans free medical coverage and education. Hell Im an Amercian citizen and I sure as hell dont get a free education. i just have no respect for these people how can they defend that place its stomach turning i have asked this same question and got called names so i understand you, its a smart question i just read another question and they kept talking about how wonderful it is there then in another question it was their country is corrupt well people which is it ? they could have been protesting i mean dont they care about the people still stuck there or the future of mexico ? and waving the flag proudly yuck talk about stupid ! we are asked to take in millions and more and we cant say hey you know what what about fixing your corrupt country and you get called names thats why these people need to go back until they are not proud of that place till they want to demand change
