Just try and cut out all the 'dirty foods' (by this I mean food that makes you feel bad/ guilty after you've eaten them) and try and walk every day. I lost a stone in a month by doing that (I walk to and from work which turns out to be about an hour a day!) Good luck!!

I hardly eat anything...the most I'll eat while @ work( like now) would be Famous Amos cookies and a soda. maybe about 1-2 times a day..& for dinner(suprise) soda and chocolate hostess donuts. I know its not healthy but hey..it floats my boat...Sometimes i'll do a little better by eating McDonald's or Chicken...but thats all I get now..Working 2 jobs(13 hrs. almost every day?).Who has time to cook? But my ma' told me that although I dont eat enough...its not like I'm gonna gain any weight...I mean I'm 5'6-5'7" and 110 lbs..u know and been that way for almost 5 years..she was the same way.& then of course It will get worse when I go back to school in aug.
But enough about me....u could try the Atkins diet along w/plenty of exercise.

I eat a balanced diet, but to loose a stone in 4 weeks is too rapid of a weight loss to be healthy.

a balanced diet of fruit/veg carbohydrates and protein. your supposed to cut your plate into quarters-two quarters is fruit/veg, one protein and one carbohydrates. don't skip meals because your body will store fat for later if you do that so have 3 normal meals a day with healthy snacks if you get hungry. i suggest eating fish and chicken because they have less fat then other meats or if you don't eat meat find a similar alternative. you could also try doing a little exorcise before eating because it will speed up you metabolism meaning you could lose weight a bit faster. aim to loose a couple of pounds a week so that its realistic and you should be fine.

Well as I have a quick metabolism I can eat anything without putting on weight, instead I have to eat more to keep my weight up...sorry I can't help!!
Though saying that losing a stone in a month sounds a bit drastic. You could go for 8lb perhaps and see how it goes!

I wake up 7 in the mornin,
go to uni at 8 till 2.
comeback home try to cook smthin FAST, or try to buy smthin on ma way to work...
come back home around 8, eat smthin...

Bagel for breakfast, salad or sometimes tacos for lunch, skip dinner, maybe eat cherry tomatoes or cheese and crackers instead. Plus, lots of BEER!
