i like both but i'd prefer tea though... there is many types: peach, green,and so many more. only in the south we have cold iced tea

I find tea more refreshing.
Milk is heavier and the coating or film it leaves behind makes it seem less "quenching".
It also produces phlegm and mucous which is why actors and singers avoid milk the day of their performance. On the other hand it produces a chemical reaction which puts out the fire after you've eaten hot/spicy food. So keep milk on hand for guests when serving chili and salsa :o)

tea ive never seemed 2 like milk that much i think its cause we always used 2 have milk in school.
