if spending up to 10 times the price of coach seat ticket is worth an omelet and some extra leg room, then by all means go right ahead. But if you are a frequent flier and you accrue miles and get an upgrade, then it's not so bad.

I've only flown 1st once and it's a bit overwhelming. you get lost in the moment.

1. you get on the plane 1st
2. the flight attendantwill take your jacket and hang it up
3. you get a pre-flight beverage
4. people stare at you while they board, thinking "man, that guy or gal must be loaded"
5. you get free booze, until the point you are drunk, then the sky Marshall arrests you.
6. you get a hot meal, your choice!
7. seconds anyone?
8. dessert?
9. hot towel?
10. more booze?
11. depending on the airline, route and plane type, you may get free calls on the airfones, personal dvd player or lcd screen tv, use of Bose noise canceling headphones, power outlets, internet access (international only at this time) and you can sing on the intercom to save your boyfriend/girlfriend who is sitting in coach, from marrying an idiot
12. once the plane lands, the flight attendant gives you your jacket back
13. you get off first

When you fly first, you are somebody.

It is so much nicer than coach. The seats are much larger and more comfy. You have more space and never find yourself with the person in front of you in your lap the whole time. The service and food is much better.

If you are on a short flight I suppose it doesn't make much difference (but it does!!!), but for longer flights it is like Heaven!

Once you experience it, you may never go back to coach.

OMG it's so nice. You'll never want to ride coach again. The seats are huge and leather. They ask what do you want to eat and they make it. I was on an AM flight and they were making omlets. There is so much room to move around. No problems seeing the TV's. Really really nice.

I've flown 1st class to Vegas.

It's nice. You get whatever you want for free. And the flight attendand doesn't have a bad attitude.

And the meals are delicious.

Depends on the airlines. I've flown first class in a roomy leather chair and been offered drinks .

I've flown first class on american Eagle and found the flight uncomfortable.

I actually have run across this amazing web site and then picked up one there. Not extremely impressive with their shipping speed however does save you approximately 73% and great to find this discount. The quality is definitely superior and until today never spot any defects.

bigger seats, more room. The service is better, usually get meals instead of snacks. Better movie selection. Overall is lots better than coach.

went to asia on first class once...it was amazing. my seat reclined completely flat...best sleep i've ever had on an airplane...everytime i woke up, there was food waiting for me. yeah, proper appetizers...quite fancy ones, a proper entree, and a dessert cart to choose from. the service was great...and you get a lil bag with stuff for your flight like slippers, socks, eye mask, comb, pen, ear plugs, and toothbrush. great food, great service, and great sleep.

It's like you're the king or queen of the whole plain. Though you have to pay a lot of money for it otherwise it's terrific
