I don't know how unusual it is....but I love Vanilla Ice Cream and Pound cake with homemade carmel sauce on top.....mom made it all the time when I was little....haven't had it in years, I think I'll call her for the recipe.

My most favorite and most unusual dessert is Sex in a pan. It is really sweet and fatting. So it is good for a depressed day when you just want to drown yourself

strawberries drizzled with balsamic vinegar reduction and fresh basil. Try it! You will be surprised. The balsamic, when reduced, concentrates the sweetness, with just a little tart to cut the sweetness. The basil is really fresh, so nothing sticks to the palette, and you can round it off nicely with a dusting of pwdered sugar. DEELISH!

I like fruit tarts. They're made with a pie-like crust and cream or yogurt on the bottom and fresh fruit (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, rasberries, grapes, and kiwis). Good stuff!

This combination is not too common and it's great: chocolate cake and mint sorbet (not ice cream)... the combination is delicious, and the sorbet leaves your palate fresh and ready for some more cake...

Ais Kacang (Ice Kachang). It's made of ice, sweetened condensed milk, flavoured syrup, red beans, corn, and jelly. Yum!

Put good aged balsamic vinegar on vanilla icecream....the tartness of the vinegar makes the icecream more sweet....it may sound strange....but it works indefinately
