To give you a straight answer, No, not all men thing about sex. In fact many do not think about sex until they are sensually aroused by either a female with provocative dressing or if they watch pornographic materials.
One thing I can tell you for sure is that men get aroused quicker than women. There is nothing abnormal about this. What matters is how well the man can control himself.
Many men, when aroused think of nothing but sex, but believe me, there are a several men out there that will control themselves and drive the sex though out if they are not with their spouse. This is what is called Temptation!

No. There are many other things that go through my mind. Feelings for people in my life. Thoughts about the past, and near future. Worry and anxities. Planning for the rest of the day and week for things I want to do. Checking my email and text msgs to see if friends have gotten back to me. Try to focus on work and do a good job.

I hope for sex, flirt for it, occasionally daydream about it with someone in particular - but it is a small part of my thoughts and emotions.

Often, but not only.
A lot of women think about sex a lot.
People differ widely.
Women who think that men only think of sex cut themselves off from a lot of possibilities of sharing and friendship.
I am looking for a girlfriend right now, and beauty and sexual hotness are not high on my list, like, at all.
Friendship, listening, compromise, having a lot of interests, and being there in the tough times are.

Nope but I read somewhere that men have a sexual thought whether it be conscious or subconscious every 10 seconds or so. That's why women are usually the gate keepers of sex. If it were up to us we'd be like rabbits.

I'm pretty sure that NOT all men do. I mean it's hard to do if ALL WE THINK about is sex. We think out of the box once in a while, like money, bills, kids (if apply), house, work. We can't think about sex ALL the time.

It's not all we think about, but it is a high priority. Up front, we are attracted to you because you look sexy, we like the way you walk, etc. Some of us don't go any further than that, others wonder about what you do, would we be compatible, etc.

Does that help?

No. A real man thinks about all aspects of a woman's being. Her looks, her heart, her personality, her likes and dislikes........These are the things that make us compatible with one another; that make us enjoy each other and develop feelings that one day might lead to a sexual relationship....
