if u want to high memory u should eat champanzie brain
if u r not muslim n no ristrictions..then i listen to eat it memory is high
n other is u should eat almound in the morning before eat any thing, u should eat 7,11 almound in a day
and there is also a formula :-
if u have no tension from work then u should grind the almound and then include suger to taste then add the milk and also shake it and after it drink in the morning
