Don't say anything to her or your colleages. It will come back and bite you on the butt. I understand if everyone can tell and is laughing about it behind her back. But, there must be something wrong causeing this strange behavior. It could be an abusive relationship, low self-esteem, laziness, mental problems, anything. Does she exhibit any other strange behavior, or smell really bad? Maybe she's mourning the loss of someone and those pants a weird security blanket. Only those in authority over her should maybe say something if she is being a dirty person. I wouldn't if I were you.

DO NOT!!! But tomorrow point out that stain to her. And if she comes to work again with the stain, say sympathetically "Oh, that stain didn't come out! That's too bad, I really love those pants on you. Maybe if you use some special stain remover next time, it will come out." Hope she gets the hint.

You think that's bad? My boss doesn't wash his hands after going to the bathroom and then he wants to shake everyone's hands.

I'd say you should buy her a gift certificate for a clothing store. For like $3. Leave it on her desk anonymous. That should get the point across.

Tell her out right. Say,
hey, why don't you buy some more clothes.
or
hey, doesn't your washer work?
or
Or say, you cheap lil brat, you make more than me and you gotta act like you are poor with stained clothes. Lets go shopping, you're buying, ha ha ha!
No, you should really tell her boss.

You don't, that's her business. If she has a supervisor, that's the person who should address the issue. If she starts getting an offensive odor, then you speak to her supervisor. Outside of that, leave it alone. If she's your friend, then you can tell her.

TRY TO GET TO KNOW YOUR SUPRVISOR. IF YOUR FRIENDS THEN TELL HER THAT YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY TO HER. TELL HER TRUE FRIENDS ARE ALL THERE FOR EACH TOHER AND IF SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH ME I THINK YOU WOULD TELL ME SO I HOPE YOU DON'T MIND ME BUT THE CLOTHES YOU WEAR LOOKS CIRTY AND I DONT THINK THAT IS GOOD FOR YOUR PROFILE.
