No exagerations here she used to eat like a pig. She had like 3 eggs at breckfast, then an enormous ammount of food during the day, not to mention she never moved away from the TV.
Now she wakes up and has ONE biscuit and ONE glass of milk as breckfast, that's all till lunch. At lunch she eats ONE egg with bred. And almost same amount at dinner. She told me she does like 150 push ups at day. She's obsessed, don't you think her diet is a bit over the line?

So long as she is eating, and is still overweight, I would not be too concerned. If she starts to eat even less, or stops eating around people, or has reached a healthy weight, and continues this regimen, then I would be concerned. If she reaches that point, and will not listen to you, you may need to involve someone else, like her parents.

It's definitely not healthy. Some people don't realize that they can actually eat 6 times a day - stay full and lose weight - JUST by picking the right foods. It's sad that she's not thinking.

She should eat a little more progessivly through her meals. I think she is doing a fantasic thing. Though what was her starting weight? If its under 140 and shes 5'11" she needs to slow down and eat more.
