I would use the translator listed below if you cannot find a native Polish speaker. However, I think you are using some idioms that may not translate well. For example, instead of saying, I wish you all the best" perhaps you might say, " I wish good health and prosperity for both of you."
It is my experience that these work best when you use simple phrases. Hope this helps!
