Nirvana, Its raw energy, aggression and you just want to scream with Kurt, I love the lyrics, they are a different sound with hooky melodies amd they just capture time perfectly. Also Kurt Cobain, just a funny guy.

I love Dashboard Confessional! I love them because Chris Carrabba plays the acousitic guitar really well. he also has a very awesome singing voice. I love the words to the songs too! Have you heard their most recent single "Don't Wait"? :)

It is pretty hard to pick just one. Over all it is probably REO though Journey is a close second. If you are talking more recent groups though it would have to be Bowling for Soup.
