No, ladies don't have penises. How would you use them? That's interesting to think about.

Who knows?
But I recall reading a Wall Street Journal article years ago that reported a "she-inal" was being tested. As i recall the process was rather complex. Obviously, it didn't go anywhere. I'm sure it's not the first time something like that has been tried.
For grins I did a Yahoo! search and wow! It was tried before! The ...restrooms.org link describes an American Standard product from the 50s called a Sanistand. The website even mentions what I saw in the WSJ article. Here's an excerpt:
"In the early ’90’s, Kathie Jones, a woman from Pensacola, Florida, got tired of “hovering” over toilet seats while visiting public restrooms along the highway. She designed a urinal specifically designed for females, dubbed it the “She-inal” and formed the Urinette company to manufacture and sell it. Here is a picture of Kathie’s She-inal.
"The She-inal never really caught on with women or architects for various reasons. In my opinion the worst thing about the She-inal was that it required a woman to press a “funnel-like” thing up against their genital area. Pressing some piece of plastic that other women had previously used up against the vulva had no appeal for most women. The She-inal used the same amount of floor space as a conventional toilet, but was not as versatile (you couldn’t poop in it) Between 600 and 700 She-inals were sold before Urinette sold the manufacturing rights to a Japanese company. Kathie Jones went on to sell real estate for a living.
"In March, 1999, the “Lady P” female urinal was introduced by the European manufacturer, Sphinx Gustavsberg. Here is a picture of it. I know of one that was installed in an English nightclub as a novelty, but that’s about it. Another company in Malaysia introduced the “Lady Loo” recently, but it, too, has been slow to catch on.
"In my opinion, female urinals won’t be successful until the fixture can be designed so that women can get in and out of the restroom faster than with a conventional toilet, maintain their privacy, not have to worry about coming in contact with unsanitary surfaces, and be easier on the thigh muscles than “hovering” over a conventional toilet."

I don't know about you, but I don't want to stand up when I pee. Especially if I'm out in public. I don't want to walk around with pee on my legs. Have you ever tried to pee that way? The only reason men have urinals is because they can guide themselves to direct the pee and don't need to sit. I think that something needs to be done though. Women need to go into the stalls and do their business and then get out! Quit fixing your panties, tucking in your shirts, checking their shoes. Their are mirrors near the sinks and a lot of restaurants have floor length mirrors. Get out!

Why would anyone want to do that? We couldn't use them.
However, I DO think we should have urinals at home so that our men would stop peeing on the seat and on the floor.

I do not think that that would work after all we don't have the equipment to pee standing up. Plus I don't want other women watching me go to the bathroom.

That would be pointless to do that- girls can't use those, and besides, the majority of women like privacy. So, NO!

No. Men just need to teach women how to grunt harder.
