Sure the devil is cunning and very smart!
Take the Muslim religion for example, their beliefs are similar to Christianity and peace loving, but they don't believe in the one thing that will save you from hell, that Jesus is our savior!
Very smart and mysterious, kind of scary, no wonder why we need a savior in this world! Praise God Jesus came! Don't know what I would do without Him!

the devil is a trapper , he makes things look so good to u and of course he already knows what will make u fall, and once he has u in his clutches he shows u the ugly truth of what youve done , in reality he just makes things look real good 2 u , like he did eve with that fruit

Not really, since God told us all about his strategy and ways beforehand.
"And Shaitân (Satan) will say when the matter has been decided: "Verily, Allâh promised you a promise of truth. And I too promised you, but I betrayed you. I had no authority over you except that I called you, so you responded to me. So blame me not, but blame yourselves. I cannot help you, nor can you help me. I deny your former act in associating me (Satan) as a partner with Allâh (by obeying me in the life of the world). Verily, there is a painful torment for the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.)." (Quran 14:22)

Yes indeed. Never underestimate his power. He creeps to people's mind..make them psycho...confuse people's mind so they cant distinguish what is right from wrong, good from bad...hence very important to keep our mind pure, with God's help and grace.
Example: a tiny spark of anger can lead to murder.
