First of all, you need attitude to do exercise. Humans usually want to do something, but lack of positive attitude towards exercise brings always in saying "Nah, I'll do it next month" and it never arrives that month.
So, I'll suggest you to do:
1.- Attitude.
2.- Choose a sport or exercise to do it regularly.
3.- Set goals ( If you choose running, running 5 miles straight within a month or another realistic goal according to yourself ).
4.- Buy books or visit specialized web sites accordingly to the sport or exercise you choose to do ( Returning to the running example, you might go to runners.com ).
5.- Your attitude must gain strength in order not to leave because your bones will sore due to the exercise, or you want to sleep or something else.

Walking is obviously the easiest because that is how most people move from point A to point B. Maybe if you "hike" a nature trail it will seem less pointless. However biking is great exercise. So are dancing, aerobics and even housekeeping...just crank up the tunes and get moving. Sex will get the blood pumping, as will kissing - so enjoy the interviews on your quest for a new partner. Good luck.

- hey Andrew! - first off, diet. - it's not gonna help u doing all those work outs if u don't start eating right. - stop eating all that man made crapola, & stick with mother natures bounty foods. - the trick is 2 eat small healthy meals every couple of hours. - like an apple for breakfast, 2 hrs after that a banana (or whatever,) for lunch maybe a nice salad, 2 hrs later a peach (u starting 2 get the picture,) 2 hrs after that a maybe a pear, & for diner a nice wild rice with a skinless chicken breast & so on... - as for workouts, start with doing some cardio first & then move on 2 weights. - the cardio is gonna make u sweat & help out burning all those little meals u ate throughout the day. - as for reps sets, do them in three's with a 5 minute break in between. - & during that 5 minute break, walk around 2 do some stretching. - count how many 2 can do of 1 & then each week try 2 beat that record by 5, so on & so on... - take a day's break in between work outs, like monday's, wednesday's, friday's & sunday's & so on... - by doing it this way u r giving u're muscles time 2 adjust. - it mite sound easy enough, but it's not. - the trick is 2 stick with it no matter what. - it will take a lot of willpower, determination, & self discipline for u 2 achieve, but i'm sure u know all that already. - wishing u all the very best & good luck.

Examine your likes and dislikes...try tennis, basketball, aerobics, martial arts, etc. Get off your duff and do something if you feel you need exercise. So far as trying to find a good sex partner it only burns 800-1200 calories per session so isn't the greatest form of exercise though extremely pleasurable with the right person.

start with stretching exercises, then go for a nice long walk in a beautiful place, so you enjoy your surroundings. after a while start walking faster, and make sure to keep your breathing normal. drink alot of water. eventually your energy level will pick up and you can do more, like ride a bike. sex is a real good calorie burner! it's what the doctor odered. :o)

Riding a bike is good, and so is swimming. Walking is good because it requires no special equipment.
Sex is good, but not as a work out routine

Light weights with walking or running, also find a sport you enjoy, this makes it easier. If just starting out, walking is great. Pilates and yoga are very good also.
