I am a pre-school teacher and my advice to you is to have lots and lots of Patience. Try to remember that they are just children and take it from me it is hard to do that at times(bless their little hearts)! Stay on their level and make their learning experience fun, fun, fun! Most of all, love them and remember they look up to you.

I was a substitute teacher for a few years and it is sad to see so many teachers who hate their job or are burned out, or don't care cause they don't make enough money. I loved working with the kids, I would have done it for free. The best thing I ever saw was when I walked into a Charter school to see what it was like. I have never seen any thing like it. You could feel in the air how much the teachers loved their jobs and working with the children. The children in return had so much respect and were so quiet. They all worked very hard and listened to the teachers, I mean you could tell they were really listening. I guess you would have to go visit one to see what I mean. It makes me wonder, if they can run their school at this level, then why can't allof the schools be like this?

Some tips for good teacher.
1. U mush be having some teachers as a rolemodel in ur childwood. Try to recollect that experience.
2. What was the mindset for teacher when u were student ?It may help u in interacting with ur student.
3. Always create interest before the start new chapter or class.
Ask those questions which r not directly related to dat topic but interesting to them. See Halide's famous book on Physics, at the beginig of each chapter u will find interesting question related to the actual practical world, which natually creates interest lo learn it.
4.One most impt thing . Always remember that u r role model for students. They try to imitate that in futere life.For example, if u write very neatly on boars, they wil try the same on their notebooks.

here I just give you some tips to start by :

1. sleep well . a good teacher should never be tired in his class .
2. love each individual as he or she is your own childhood.
