If it is true that once you die you will either go to Heaven or Hell, then if it is Hell that you go to, is there a likelyhood that GOD will take you from there if He feels you have learned your lesson. I ask this because when GOD comes back he will raise us from the dead. Does that mean everyone or just people who went to Heaven

Yes, for some. There will be fire and pain. When your skin burns off, it is replaced with fresh skin and burned again. There will be people who spread false rumors and gossip eating each others guts and drinking boiling bitter fluids that will make the lips fall off as soon as one tries to sip it. For some it may not be permanent but it is still not worth it for one second. Time is different there, so a short time in hell will be like 100,000 years. Do not look at the smallness of a sin, look at the One you are sinning against. We see heaven and hell here, but after death the veil is removed and we feel the pure fiery fire. God has given us mercy to turn to Him to not see the chastisement soon, and has kept the door of repentance open. The worst punishment we can receive from God is the punishment of not admitting to His existence and Oneness. Many will describe heaven and hell in different ways, and most will have some truth to it. Imam Ali ibn Abu Talib says praying to God, 'Perhaps I can try to withstand the fire but how is it possible that I may withstand being separate from You!.'

Only the bible says that hell is a bad place. What if Lucifer is actually a good angel? All he is guilty of is criticizing god. God did kill innocent babies. He is also guilty of genocide of the entire planet. What if Lucifer is a political prisoner imprisoned by the dictator God? If that is the case, then it makes sense with Lucifer out of the way that the bible is merely propaganda to make god look good. So heaven is really a place of eternal damnation and hell is a place where the people with free will go.

i believe that all this is a test. heaven, hell, or earth the purpose is for us to see if we can survive or stand the test of time. Since heaven and hell are eternal, you have all the time in the world to recover. If it takes forever to find a way into heaven then that is just what it takes. Read the Divine Comedy i think that is the book trilogy that deals with dante's journey from heaven to a higher plan of existence.

Death is complete cessation of life, not transmigration into a spirit realm. Up until Christ there was no talk about anyone going to heaven. When Christ brought up the subject, it was in reference to himself & those chosen to rule with him in God's heavenly Kingdom ...

You can't earn your way into heaven from earth nor from hell. You can only get to heaven as the Holy Spirit convicts you of your need for salvation for Jesus Christ and upon your acceptance of that need then you will go to heaven when you die. It's a one way in door.

I think it probably would be either Heaven or Hell, but I hope and pray that he will always give us a chance to get it right even if we are in the depths of hell

HELL IN KJV
One Hebrew word “sheol” is rendered hell. Definition; hades or the world of the dead (as if a subterranian retreat), grave, hell, pit. Three Greek words are rendered hell; geenna, hades, and tartaroo. Definition of geenna; a valley of Jerusalem, used (figuratively) as a name for the place (or state) of everlasting punishment: - hell. Definition of hades; properly unseen, that is, “Hades” or the place (state) of departed souls: - grave, hell. Definition of tartaroo; (the deepest abyss of Hades); to incarcerate in eternal torment: - cast down to hell. Tartaroo is used only one place II Pet.2:4.
Christ teaching the Pharisees in Luke 16:19-31 shows us a separation from God is truly what hell is. The “water” is symbolic for God’s Spirit and love. The word “tormented” means distressed in the Greek, not torture. The “fire” is symbolic for the shame and desire not to be separated from God.
So all who die the first death of the flesh return to God Ecc.12:6-7, but on which side of the gulf do they end up?
Hell is not eternal but is done away with in Rev.20:14-15, called both the second death and lake of fire. This second death is non-existence, for death and hell and those not written in the book of life. This second death or lake of fire is like fat drippings that fall into the fire. Just a poof of smoke into non-existence.
Psa.37:20 But the wicked shall perish, and the enemies of the LORD shall be as the fat of lambs: they shall consume; into smoke shall they consume away.
In my mind what’s worse yet is no memory of you, no tears will be shed for you like you never existed.
Rev.21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
So hell is a separation from God and is not eternal torture or burning. Eventually hell will be done away with or passed away and also some souls. Like fat drippings in the fire, a poof of smoke into non-existence, the second death.

That concept of yours sounds very Chinese.

Anyway, from the bible, after we die, we wait for Christ return. After the judgement, we will be seperated into Heaven and Hell. Not straight after we die.

There is Heaven and Hell. Your choices take you to one forever. So live for the LORD, follow his word and resist sin.
