A chicken and an egg are lying in bed. The chicken is smoking a cigarette with a satisfied smile on its face. The egg is frowning and looking very frustrated.

ah, well it was in the triassic period when a power ranger ate 24 tins of tuna. his head fell off and after several minutes of searching he stumbled upon an old vhs of popeye. the video was carved from wood and egyptian wig templates. it was this that caused a major quake and an egg popped out of the ranger's bum bum. thus, the creation of the egg.
