So it depends on whether you are talking about being IN the 80th year, which would be anywhere from 79.01 to 80.00 or the END of 80 years, which would be the beginning of the 81st.

At 24 hours in a day that works out to 701,265.02 hours by the END of 80 years, more or less.

You have no way of figuring sick days or happy days. This is not a calendar issue.
