Sounds like the color guns are out of alignment. You'll most likely have to get into the service menu to get to the alignment screens. I would recommend that you contact Hitachi and they might be able to help you. However, be aware that you might have to pay a professional to come out and align it for you. If that's the case then be prepared to pay handsomely for it. Most charge in the neighborhood of $200-$300 for that service call.

It needs to have the convergence adjusted. Try the Magic Focus button (on the front panel I think.)

you have a convergence problem very common with this tv parts need to be replaced est $225.00 in my shop good luck

check your cables if using componet cables
