I've heard of up to 60 years of age, but she was surgically impregnated and it was for her daughter to have a child...as far as naturally conceiving, I would guess somewhere in the late 40's.

Well each woman is different but there are women in their sixties out there having kids, although I don't think that is fair at all for the child, but that is a different story.

Last week CNN reported a woman of 82 delivering a healthy kid.
40plus is average for menopause.
