They'll go away after three days and then never come back. You could try switching to Green Tea instead of going cold turkey. The antioxidants and nutrients will prepare you slowly for an easy break from caffeine. You can do it!! Drink lots of water, too. Ice cold water, sipped slowly. Add a lemon to treat yourself upper crustily. Best wishes. I did it!

I know the answer to this one. VIA VIENTE!!!!

My wife used to suffer from them, but now she is migrane. She and I drink 2-3 ounces twice a day.

We've been on Via since June 2005 and we also love the energy it gives us throughout the day.

It also has greatly improved things physically for us in a lot of ways (If you know what I mean)

Oh, yeah our health is considerably better and we're happier.

Let me know if you'd like to try it. It's all natural.
