Alcohol and the other "drugs" that you speak of are the same. They are messing with brain cells to alter your mental status. One difference is that if you are over 21, alcohol is legal (if you are under .08 where I live and driving). Drugs are always illegal. Unfortunately, they can both have the same devastating effect on your life if you are an alcoholic or drug addict. You can lose everything you care about.

getting drunk is ok when you don't do it all the time and when you're doing it socially. When you sit at home by yourself and drink and get drunk every day, then you're an alcoholic and that is bad.
Hah, drugs aren't always illegal. Alcohol is a drug, it's legal. Tabacco is a drug, it's legal.

neither is a good habit, but it's difficult to die from drinking one glass of wine. you can get one bad hit of a drug & you're a gonner.

both of them are BAD habits. they can both lead to DEATH. Alchoholics and Drugees need to get help with their addictions. ~
