If I'm eating a healthy breakfast, I'll choose Cheerio's with bananas chopped into it. But if I want something sweet, I love Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Cereal.

If I am being "good", then I like Frosted Mini Wheats or Puffed Rice. But if I just want something good...then I have Peanut Butter Captain Crunch or Golden Grahams :)

I love granola - the combination of dried fruit (raisons and dates) and nuts (almonds) and grains is so delicious and healthy and good for you.
Also you can eat granola with milk or yogurt.
