If you have windows installed on a computer with internet access, all you really need is notepad, internet explorer 5 or above or netscape 4 or above. The first two apps will come with windows as standard, and the third is a free download.
For more information get a book about basic html.
Its a lot simpler than it appears.

www.tripod.com It has templates that are easily changed to fit your needs. Great to you if you have little or no HTML knowlege. I've used it tons of times, and I think you will be happy. Tripod has several levels of accounts: a free account and a couple of paid accounts.

Why re-invent the wheel. You can simply use Yahoo answers for posting questions, and get to enjoy diverse responses,
or startup Yahoo! group (http://groups.yahoo.com) and go to Yahoo! photos (http://photos.yahoo.com).
