Why can't Islamic people accept Chirstian and vice versa? And let there be peace? And recocile our differences and to love one another like brothers and sisters.

because both religions contradict eachothers beliefs, christians believe jesus christ is the son of god also he is god, muslims donot believe that , therefore there can never be an agreement reached . i have muslim friends and the 1 thing we cannot talk about is god , causes too much heartache and almost ruins the friendships beyond repair

Their are some people who take their religion at face value and do what their religion tells them, To love one another. There are some people who want their Religion to be an exclusive club where everyone who does not believe exactly the way they do is wrong and because they are wrong they become the enemy. They feel that just because someone believes differently than they do that they are threatening their own beliefs in some way. So they begin a campaign to make those people reviled and hated. But these people do not really believe in their religion or they would "love one another". It is important to remember that not all members of a religion hate other religions.

Islam is a peaceful, but advocates violence, which contradicts itself. The reason all started when Mohammed expanded his Islam to take over Jerusalem from the Byzantine Empire, which was Christian. Then, the Crusades started and everything when afalme afterwards and it continues nowadays.

The problem with Religion is, People have religion, but don"t know God. Knowing Jesus as your Savior is what takes you to Heaven, not religion.

well, i suppose it's just BELIEF. deep down we are ALL fundamentalists at heart. i believe only an experience that has personal value, emotional weight and soemthing that spiritually 'connects' can change a person inside out.
